- A signed proposal and deposit are required to secure an event date.
- Due to the custom nature of our work, deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward design, planning, material allocation, and production.
- Final balances are due prior to installation as specified in the proposal.
- Any changes to the approved design, scope of work, venue requirements, or event schedule may result in additional charges.
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate venue information, access schedules, and any required permissions.
- Installation areas must be accessible, safe, and ready upon our arrival. Delays caused by venue restrictions or third parties may affect installation timelines and may incur additional labor charges.
- ECLECTIC STUDIO is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by weather conditions, venue restrictions, acts of God, power outages, or circumstances beyond our control.
- All custom fabric treatments, installations, and design elements remain the property of ECLECTIC STUDIO unless otherwise specified in writing.
- By engaging our services, clients grant permission for photographs and videos of completed installations to be used for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
